Espresso Martini's Pornstar Martini's, Clover Club's or just a plain cold brew coffee. They can all be improved by infusing them with nitrogen.
...

What is nitro you say? First of all: no, it's not the nitro or NOS they use in The Fast and the Furious. We wish, it would sound so much cooler. It's also not the gas better know as Laughing Gas. That's N2O.
Nitro, or N2 nitrogen gas is an inert gas that is often used for beer brewing. We can get into a deep, technical story but we like the short version better: The nitrogen add tiny bubbles in the liquid that will slowly rise to the top. Not only does this create a more subtle fizz, it create a thick and creamy texture and adds a velvety head to your drink.
